The Imperial Health Urgent Care Centers, located in Lake Charles and Moss Bluff, are open early, late and on
weekends for patient convenience. No appointment is necessary. Our centers are staffed by primary care physicians,
certified nurse practitioners and a support staff you know and trust.

The Imperial Health Urgent Care Center in Lake Charles is staffed by Family Medicine Physicians: Dr. John DiGilia,
Dr. Yoko Broussard, Dr. Ben Williams, Dr. Keane O'Neal, Dr. Melissa Rasberry, Dr. Andres Guillermo

The Imperial Health Urgent Care Center in Moss Bluff is staffed by Family Medicine Physician Dr. Jason Morris.

Minor Illness and Injury Care When You Need It
We offer treatment for colds and allergies, sore throats, earaches, fever, the flu, stomach aches, sprains and strains,
minor cuts and lacerations, allergic reactions, rashes and other non-emergency medical concerns.

Occupational Medicine
We also help employees get the care they need for minor illness and injury care. Occupational medicine patients can
be seen by appointment or walk-ins are welcome for the following treatment needs:
