Patient Access Representative (part-time) - Cardiology
This position is: Part Time
Position Location: Sulphur
This position is responsible for administrative duties in a medical office setting including:
  • Checking patients in upon arrival.
  • Ensuring patient demographics are correct in the electronic medical record.
  • Verifying insurance.
  • Collecting payments at point of service.
  • Scheduling follow-up appointments.
  • Answering incoming calls.
  • Providing outstanding customer service to patients at the front desk.
Requirements: Previous administrative experience in a medical office setting is highly preferred.
